United Kingdom:

Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day.

All orders come with Tracked Delivery.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Worldwide:

Delivery times:

Europe: 3-6 days

USA and Canada: 6-9 days

Rest of the world: 6-12 days

There will be delays with deliveries on National & Bank Holidays.
Delivery period may extend due to dependency on customs clearance procedure of country. 
Orders destined for European Union countries must pay custom clearance fees for orders above €150 due to change in policy after Brexit. 
If customs holds the parcel and does not approve and clears then those parcel will be considered as delivered.  
Customers have to manage the customs for countries where there is no treaty between shipped country and destination country.  
PinkCosmetics is not liable for paying customs duty if being charged to customers.  
If International order returned to us, if customer has not accepted parcel, denial of parcel or any other then postage will be deducted while refunding.
